Pride 2

This is a re-design of my original billboard design. I decided to make text bigger and add a more descriptive quote, i also chose to make face larger to capture viewers attention quicker. In this design I wanted to portray How most of the women and men we see in advertising are photoshoped, and I used the windows as transition boxes to show the fake beauty etc. The boxes add some cool interest and movement and it works well with typographical effect (clean fake/mess natural) The tiara on top also signifies the narcissistic illusion of being better than everybody else. The colors are fairly neutral and earthy....with the portrait boxes being heavily modified via airbrushing/saturation tweaks and the odd filter to make her look plastic-like. The newspaper was a picture I took at home from dictionary. Stock images used:
